unnat�ual matter inconsistent with the covenants cantained in this Section 3.5 and the natural <br /> state of the Preservation Easement Areas. Except as eapressly set forth in this Section 3.5, the <br /> public shall have no interest in the Preservation Easement Areas. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregaing provisioris of this Section 3.5: (i) the Owner of each of <br /> Lots 5, 6 aud 7 shall be entitled to consttuct, within the portion of the �Owner's Lot that is <br /> included in the Tree Preservation Areas, either or both of a septic system and driveway that <br /> othe�vise complies with the provisions of this Declaration and that is approved by the <br /> Committee as having been located and designed in a manner that causes as little loss of <br /> Significant Trees as reasonably is possible; and (ii}the Owner of each of Lots 10 and 11 shall be <br /> entided to construct, within the portion of the Owner's Lot that is incIuded in the Prairie <br /> Preservation Areas, a driveway that otherwise complies with the provisions of this Declaration. <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> N[]ISANCES;AIVIMAL5 <br /> 4.1 Nuisances.
