� 1Ra7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 178 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE BY <br /> AMENDING THE DISTANCE REQUIREMENT TO INCLUDE ZONING <br /> LOTS WITHIN 250 FEET OF A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Section 1. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (I), Duplex Credit, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> One duplex may be located as a conditional use upon application therefore provided <br /> that public sanitary sewer service is available, and the lot is adj acent to a commercial <br /> or industrial district, or WITHIN(250)TWO HLJNDRED FIFTY FEET OF THE B- <br /> 3 DISTRICT,and the duplex is constructed within 200' (feet) of the commercial or <br /> industrial district. <br /> Section 2. Adoption and Publication.
