A duplex is <br /> defined as a two-family unit resic]ential building. <br /> 34 . 030 . Apiaries . <br /> 34 . 031 . Animals . The keeping of domestic animals for <br /> non-commercial purposes including horses for the use of <br /> the occupants of the premises , provioed that any acces- <br /> sory building used for housing such animals shall be <br /> locaten not less than 150 feet from the nearest lot line. <br /> A minimum of one acre in aggregate , exclusive of one <br /> acre for the principal building , must be available for <br /> each animal unit , except as hereinafter set forth. A <br /> minimum of two acres of open pasture must bz available <br /> for a single horse and one additional acre must be <br /> available for each additional horse . When the horses <br /> are kept stabled and do not recuire pasture for feed <br /> purposes , the minimum pasture requirement may be adjusted <br /> at t}�e discretion of the Council . Such minimum pasture <br /> acreage shall not include low lying lands unusable for <br /> pasture or grazing . Any person keeping such animals <br /> must comply with the provisions of Chapter 110 . � <br /> 34 . 032 . Farms . (Crop) . Frovided that �he area is ten <br /> or more acres . <br /> 34 . 033 . Antenna Structure . One independent antenna <br /> structure ti�ith antenna or combination of ar.tenna attached <br /> thereto, subordinate to and servicing the principal use <br /> or structure on the same lot and customarily incidental <br /> thereto that is not attachen to another structure pro- <br /> vided the height of the antenna structure does not ex- <br /> ceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from <br /> anv lot line a distance at least equal to the total height <br /> of the antenna structure . <br /> (Added Ord. 177 , 6-5-75) <br /> 34 . 040 .
