Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval of the hardcover variance for the retaining wall to be <br /> located within the 75' setback according to the submitted plans and consistent with compliance <br /> with the City Engineer's recommendations with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall submit a landscape plan for the 0-75' zone which offers screening of <br /> the improvements from the lake; <br /> 2. Applicant shall provide a revised hardcover calculation and survey showing total site <br /> hardcover conforming at or below 25% for final inspections and for issuance of the final <br /> certificate of occupancy for the new home; <br /> 3. An administrative zoning permit wil� be required prior to commencement of the <br /> proposed work within the 75' setback; <br /> 4. Applicant shall comply with permitting requirements of the MCWD. <br />
