The applicant shall submit a landscape plan for the 0-75' zone which offers screening of <br /> the improvements from the lake; <br /> 2. Applicant shall provide a revised hardcover calculation and survey showing total site <br /> hardcover conforming at or below 25% for final inspections and for issuance of the final <br /> certificate of occupancy for the new home; <br /> 3. An administrative zoning permit wil� be required prior to commencement of the <br /> proposed work within the 75' setback; <br /> 4. Applicant shall comply with permitting requirements of the MCWD. <br />
