Tully and Erin Chalgren (hereinafter the <br /> "applicants") are the owners of the property located at 1355 North Arm Drive within the City <br /> of Orono (hexeinafter "City") and legally described as: <br /> Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22 and 23, Block 13, Saga Hill Revised, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota (hereinafter "property"); and <br /> WHEREA5, the applicants have applied to the City for a conditional use permit <br /> • to permit the installation of an accessory structure on a through lot per Municipal Zoning Code <br /> Section 10.03, Subdivision 10. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orona, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDING5 <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1828. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br /> requiring one acre in area. The property consists of 75,050 s.f. or 1.7 acres. <br /> 3. , On May 17. 1993, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application as <br /> proposed and recommended approval based on the following findings: <br /> a. The 983.7 s.f. structure shall be located 17' from southeast side lot line <br /> and 108' from the rear lot line. <br /> b.
