This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1802. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District requiring <br /> two acres in area. The properry consists of 4.48 acres. <br /> 3. On February 16, 1993, the Orono Planning Comrnission reviewed the application <br /> as proposed and recommended approval based on the following findings: <br /> a.
