For the 5-acre zoning district, a reduction of up to 50% <br />of the trunk fee for the lot will be allowed for the percentage of the lot protected by perimeter <br />and/or drainage way buffer easements. These buffer easement areas shall remain in a natural <br />condition. <br /> <br />(2) Maximum Fee. For the 5-acre zoning district, any lot exceeding 7.0 gross acres <br />including wetland, shall be charged a maximum trunk fee equal to the trunk fee for a 7.0 acre <br />parcel. Such lot shall remain eligible for the up to 50% reduction noted in (1) above, such <br />reduction based on the percentage of 7.0 acres that is placed in buffer easements. <br /> <br />(3) Maximum Fee. These projects will be charged a <br />portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervious surface above the existing conditions. The table below lists the base trunk fee based on the <br />area of impervious surface expansion and adjusted for the type of land use.
