Purpose. Gain Council authorization for Pay Request #1 for the Baldur Park Road <br />Rehabilitation. <br /> <br />2. Background. On July 27th, 2015 the City awarded the contract for the road rehabilitation project to <br />GMH. <br /> <br />3. Cost. Total Cost for the project is $ 182,123 broken down as listed below: <br />Who Work Cost <br />Bolton &Menk Design and Bid Engineering $ 23,850 <br />GMH Baldur Park Road Construction $ 143,523 <br />Bolton &Menk Construction Oversight $ 14,750 <br />TOTAL $ 182,123 <br /> <br /> <br />4. Funding. Status. GMH has completed approximately 95% of the work and has requested payment of <br />$120,540.98. (Exhibit B). Bolton and Menk has reviewed the payment request and confirmed <br />that the work has been completed to standard (Exhibit A). <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Pay Request No. 1 to GMH in the amount of $120,540.98 for the Baldur Park <br />Road Rehabilitation project.
