#15-3789 <br />November 19, 2015 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />Revised Survey Impacts <br />Due to a lack of detail with regard to contour lines and the OHWL with the initially submitted <br />survey, applicant was directed to submit an update corrected survey prior to Council review. Planning Commission did not have the new <br />information that confirms the need for lakeshore setback and average lakeshore setback <br />variances, and therefore has not made a recommendation on those two variances. <br />
