<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />EMPLOYEE JIM GREGORY <br />FOR HIS FORTY YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6554 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim Gregory was appointed as a Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />on October 29th, 1975; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim has for 40 years expertly maintained the City’s streets, Sanitary <br />Sewers, Water systems, storm sewers and Parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim’s ingenuity, dedication, and “can do” spirit and teamwork made <br />him integral to the Public Works and the City’s successes <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim has developed and displayed outstanding technical skills in the <br />execution of his duties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim set the example for his fellow public servants with his positive <br />attitude, calm demeanor and service focus; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Gregory’s 40 years of service have been exemplified by his <br />dedication to providing the highest quality service to the City and its citizens; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council, staff <br />and residents wish to extend their utmost appreciation and gratitude to Jim Gregory for his <br />service to the community as a Public Works Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this <br />28th day of October 2015. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ _________________________ <br />Diane Tiegs, City Clerk Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor
