This is property that has been recovered that has not been claimed. The property <br />includes miscellaneous tools, jewelry and small electronics. All attempts at locating the property <br />owners have been exhausted. <br /> <br />The police department would like to dispose the property through public auction. K-BID in <br />Medina or similar type auction will attempt to auction these items. All items for which there are <br />no bids will be discarded. <br /> <br />Auction Items are the following: <br /> <br />• Kenneth Cole silver watch <br />• Blue Legent Backpack <br />• Misc hand tools <br />• Ridgid cordless drill with charger <br />• Camera tripod <br />• Milwaukee Cordless drill set <br />• Skill brand bag with misc hand tools <br />• Craftsman battery die grinder <br />• DeWalt Sawzall in case <br />• Motorcycle Helmet <br />• Swiss gear backpack <br />• MIsc Xbox games <br />• Garmin GPS <br />• NOOK book reader <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />Consider motion to approve the disposal of the property through K-BID or other similar type of <br />public auction. Items that are not sold will be discarded. <br />
