VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to go into closed session as permitted by the attorney-client <br />privilege (Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(b) to discuss the pending lawsuits and potential new <br />lawsuit between the City of Orono and the Nygard's.
