Guest house structure and/or caretaker apartment shall never be used for rental <br /> purposes but shall continue to serve the owners' employees and nonpaying guests. <br /> 2. Applicants are hereby advised that if portions of the guest house structure located <br /> within the substandard side yard setback are considered for structural <br /> improvement that these improvements will require City approval. <br /> 3. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 4.
