O � CITY of ORONO <br /> • ��� �, <br /> �� � RESOLUTION OF TI� CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��y, ���� �°�'� c5, N0. � � � � . <br /> S �` � <br /> ��9� og�G <br /> ESS <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A METES AND BOUNDS <br /> SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR <br /> THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 65/75 FERNDALE GREEN � <br /> FILE NO. 1844 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br /> within the City; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision by <br /> Kenneth R. Hopkins (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A and Lot 2, Block 1, Fairway Hills Addition, Hennepin County, ' <br /> Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City for metes <br /> and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ciry Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line rearrangement for Kenneth <br /> R. Hopkins as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Raymond Prasch of Lot Surveys Company, <br /> Inc. dated August 27, 1993 and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br /> . � 1. The purpose of the lot line rearrangement is to create adequate room for an <br /> access drive and landscape berm. The City Engineer recommends the following <br /> guidelines for completion of project: <br /> a. The west and north side of the berm must be regraded to 3:1 slope. If <br /> slopes exceed 3:1, wood fiber blanket shall be installed over the seeding <br /> to prevent erosion until adequate vegetation is established. <br /> • Page 1 of 3 <br /> Fam 5005 Disk poro <br />
