No grade cuts 50' downhill from septic site on Lot 1, Block 1, Woodhill Ridge <br /> 2nd Addition shall be permitted; no grade cuts 20' laterally at a level equal to <br /> septic site locations shall be permitted; no structures or driveway shall be located <br /> within the defined setback areas; prior to construction se�ptic site shall be staked <br /> off and protected. � . <br /> ' 2. Outlot A shall function as a private road and Outlots B and C are set aside as � <br /> open space areas and have not been considered or approved for residential � <br /> � development at the time of this subdivision.
