This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1839. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Lakeshore Residential Zonin� District <br /> requiring one acre in area. This pro�,e�� � consists of �3.U1G s.f. or .76 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 21, 1993 and <br /> recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the followin� <br /> findings: <br /> A. The residence was installed prior to cunent zoning standards and <br /> lal:eshore setback requirements. <br /> B.
