Shared driveway, Outlot A, shall be amended to include new curb cut installed . <br /> at Watertown road serving existing residence on proposed Lot 1. Outlot shall <br /> � remain at a 30' width until it approaches accessory structure to southeast side of <br /> proposed Lot 1 where outlot can be reduced to a 25' width. <br /> 3. Shared drive to serve both Lots 1 and 2 shall be installed to western.side of outlot <br /> in an attempt to ��n►�?e impact upon existing development to east. <br /> . 4. ' 10' drainage and utility easements shall be taken along all perimeter property <br /> lines except for the west lot line where drainageway must be shown at a minunum <br /> 20' width to incorporate drairiage ditch.
