This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1890. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B, Rural Single Family Residential Zoning <br /> District requiring 2 acres in area. The property consists of 17,363.5 s.f. or .39 <br /> �acres. <br /> 3.
