Guenthner (hereinafter the "applicant") has an interest in <br /> the properry located at 120 Golden View Drive within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br /> legally described as: <br /> . Lot 2, Block 1, Hallson Estates, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br /> "property"); and <br /> WI�REAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono for a conditional use <br /> permit to permit the temporary use of a greenhouse from March 25 through June 15, 1994 per <br /> • Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3 (A). <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> � Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoni.ng File #1902. � <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoni.ng District requiring <br /> " two acres in area. The subject properry consists of 8.6 acres. <br /> 3. On February 22, 1994 the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> , and recommended approval of the application as proposed based on the following � <br /> findings: . <br /> a.
