The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoni.ng District requiring <br /> " two acres in area. The subject properry consists of 8.6 acres. <br /> 3. On February 22, 1994 the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> , and recommended approval of the application as proposed based on the following � <br /> findings: . <br /> a.
