O CITY of ORONO <br /> • \� ':��'=� RESOI.UTION OF THE CITY CUUNCIL <br /> a ��� � ,� �, <br /> ,� � �., .�;� ti No. 3 4 6 C � - <br /> ;, ti <br /> ���� og�G . <br /> E38 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> � A METES AND BOUNDS <br /> SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> . 3286/3290 NAVARRE LANE <br /> FILE NO. 1957 <br /> WH�ItEAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br /> within the City; and <br /> WHEItEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> • a lot line rearrangement by Jacquelynn J. Segner and Charalampos and Linda N. Marinos <br /> (hereinafter "the suUdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 44, 45, 46 and 47, "Wallace's Addition to the Village of Minnetonka Beach", <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter` "the property"); and � <br /> WH�I2EAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves.the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br /> Jacquelynn J. Segner and Charalampos and Linda N. Marinos as shown on the Certificate of <br /> Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a Registered Land Surveyor of Coffin & Gronberg Inc., dated <br /> April 14, 1994, revised July 22, 1994, revised September 8, 1994 and attached to this resolution <br /> as Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Applicants shall complete conveyance of the "residual" parcels from one owner <br /> to the other in a manner acceptable to the City Attorney. � <br /> � 2.
