• <br /> IV 0 N. <br /> O CITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � r4 ›.43463 <br /> Es, NO. <br /> ��kE3HDg' <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A VARIANCE TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 1 (B) <br /> FILE #1949 <br /> WHEREAS, Sanford W. Erikson and Margaret J. Erikson (hereinafter "the <br /> applicants") are owners of the property located at 4455 Forest Lake Landing within the City of <br /> Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Tracts B, C, and F, Registered Land Survey No. 1019, Files of the Registrar of Titles, <br /> County of Hennepin, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, per Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B) the applicants have filed for <br /> an average lakeshore setback variance for a lakeside deck and four season porch addition that <br /> will extend 34' in front of the average lakeshore setback line where no such encroachment is <br /> allowed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1949. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B, Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br /> requiring 1 acre or 43,560 s.f. in area. The property consists of 20,249.4 s.f. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application as proposed at their <br /> August 15, 1994, meeting and recommended approval based on the following <br /> unique findings and hardship: <br /> A.
