This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1932. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District requiring <br /> 2 acres in area. The property consists of 130 acres. <br /> i <br /> 3. On May 16, 1994 the Orono Plannina Commission reviewed the application as <br /> proposed and recommended approval based on the following findings: <br /> a. Proposed structure will be located 1,000' from the shoreline of Lake <br /> Classen. <br /> � <br /> b.
