Preliminary subdivision survey conf'u�ms that all existing structures meet the <br /> required lot standards of the RR-1B Zoning District and Shoreland Regulations <br /> of the City. <br /> 5. Current hardcover inventory confirms that each lot area satisfies existing <br /> hardcover improvements within the newly defined boundaries of each of the <br /> residential lots. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br /> findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the preliminary <br /> plat application of Robert L. Melamed and Elizabeth Melamed per plat drawings by Mark S. <br /> Gronberg, a licensed surveyor of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated October 20, 1993, the most <br /> recent revised date March 24, 1994, subject to the following conditions: <br /> • l. Subdivider shall provide appropriate signage at intersection of private driveway <br /> and Old Crystal Bay Road (County Road 84) designating legal addresses of both <br /> residents. <br /> 2. Dedication of drainage and utility easements 5' along all interior lot lines and 10' <br /> along the perimeter boundaries and adjacent to road rights-of-way. <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br /> weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br /> the month. These submittals are as follows: <br /> � 1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies (one for City records <br /> and one for filing with Hennepin County) and one (1) copy reduced to 1" _ <br /> 200'. Drawing to include: <br /> A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S.
