This application was reviewed as ZoninQ File �#792. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RS Seasonal Recreational Zoning District. Orono <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.31, Subd. 3(C), adopted by the City Council in 1983, <br /> requires that a conditional use permit be obtained for any day use recreation area, <br /> and provides minimum standards for approval of such use. <br /> 3.
