O , <br /> � �' CITY of �ORONO <br /> �-��� .� � � � <br /> • ,�� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �! ���' ' �► <br /> ,� � �� .��,� �, N0. �� � � • <br /> ,� ` Gti' `- <br /> �`9k'ESH�g'� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> PER MLJNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.28, SUBDIVI5ION 3 <br /> F1LE #1910 <br /> WHEREAS, Orono School District No. 278, (hereinafter "the applicant") owns <br /> the property located at 795 Old Crystal Bay Road North within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City") and legally described as: <br /> Part of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 118, Range 23, <br /> , Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono for a conditional use <br /> • permit to permit construction of a 26'x96' storage structure and a bleacher/storage structure <br /> totaling approximately 642.5 s.f. per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoni.ng File #1910. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District requiring <br /> 2 acres in area. The properry consists of 130 acres. . <br /> 3. On March 21, 1994, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> as amended and recommended approval based on the following findings: <br /> A) All standards of Section 10.28, Subdision 3 have been satisfied with this <br /> application. <br /> � B) The 15 1/2' high 'storage structure will have minimal impact on the � <br /> . adjacent residential properties. <br /> � � Page 1 of 4 . . � <br /> • r«msoos oi�ao� <br />
