Parcel <br />. ..C is an existing driveway right-of-wpv which has been described in <br />various legal docuioents as it pertains to the various adjacent properties. <br />Parcel B is being provided in order to include a portion of the driveway <br />: which already exists on registered land survey #727. <br />Parcel A is being sold on a contract for deed to the present owner of <br />#727. Among other provisions of this contract sale, it has been agreed <br />. that only one residence may be located on Parcel A and #727. Under these <br />circumstances, we would like to have Parcel A described as a separate <br />real estate entity and platted accordingly.
