In addition, this division includes the property which <br />my daughter. Jolley Fullerton (Mrs. Thomas S.) Hartzell, now owns <br />so that the net and complete division to carry out my present intentions <br />will include these three sites: <br />1. For my son, James G. Fullerton III <br />2. For my daughter, Jolley Fullerton (Mrs. Thomas S.) <br />Hartzell <br />3. The remainder of the property which I plan to retain <br />and on which I plan to build my new home. <br />Please refer to the plat submitted for the details of this proposal. <br />I have no plan whatsoever of further subdividing my property at this <br />time or in the near future. <br />ct s t a <br />^on, Jr.F <br />-^1
