This is because of the grading traffic over the former <br />alternate area and the risk of compaction of those soils. <br />This new area was relatively undisturbed and had re­ <br />sults from the percolation testing and soil borings which <br />would be acceptable for a mound system should the need ever <br />arise. This area must be kept undisturbed.
