Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />I am receipt of your letter dated August 28, 1990 regarding the <br />grading work done on my property at 3300 Fox Street. <br />This letter is to confirm my understanding that we have complied <br />with all seven items contained in your August 28 letter, including <br />meeting the specific dates that were referred to in Items No. 1 and <br />2. <br />I understand that you are out of the office this week and are <br />unavailable until next Monday. If there are any other issues or if <br />for some reason the City does not feel that we are in full compli­ <br />ance with the items we discussed on August 15, which were subse­ <br />quently incorporated in your August 28 letter, please let me know <br />immediately. <br />In addition, I believe documents and other filings have been timely <br />filed and are in order relating to our request for a conditional <br />use permit for purposes of grading an excavation on the site which <br />I understand will be presented to the Planning Commission on <br />September 17 and subsequently to the Orono City Council on October <br />8. <br />If there are any problems in this schedule or the information as <br />provided, please contact me. <br />Yours truly. <br />1 <br />Orville E.
