A grading plan for areas cf the property related directly to construction of the house, pool, and driveways, to be subeiitted imnediately. 4. Any grade changes not in the 0-75* zone that are still proposed to be nade on the property, will require subnittal of a detailed grading plan showing existing and proposed contours. If such grading in its entirety exceeds 100 cubic yards of earth novenent, a conditional use permit would be required. Likewise, once the restoration and resodding in the 0-75* zone is complete, if you wish to proceed with an application for grade changes in that zone, a variance and conditional use permit application would need to be filed and approved before that work would be allowed. 5. Immediately place fencing around the existing i.ewage treatment mound to protect it from all traffic. €. Your surveyor was to verify the location cr the west lot line. 7. The excavation where stumps were buried to the southwest of the sewage treatment mound, must have the stumps removed (taken off site) and grade restored. As of the date of this letter, we are aware that certain of the above items have been completed. City staff will be making periodic inspections as completion of your new home continues. Please advise City staff of your intent for additional gradino work on the property so that the proper permits can be applied for and approved in the moat expeditious manner.
