_ . __ _ _ ________ ___ _ ___ __ <br /> . . <br /> �� ;�� <br /> . s!` - ae <br /> � ��' CITY of OR <br /> - O �� O ONO <br /> . <br /> � �:��-� ,� � ' RESOLUTION OF TI� CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ' <br /> ,� � �, �`a�,�' ti N0. � � � � -� <br /> Y � <br /> ��9� og�G <br /> ESS <br /> A RESOLUTION A.PPROVIl'�TG <br /> .A METES AND BOUNDS <br /> :SUBDIVISION OF A LOT.LINE REA,ItRANGL�MENT <br /> OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 1130 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD SOUTH AND 2640 NORTH SHOrcE DRIVE <br /> FILE NO. 1914 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br /> �vidiin the City; and <br /> �VHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> • a lot line rearrangement by Thomas and Phyllis Colwell and Tim and Beth Traff (hereinafter <br /> "the subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Colwell Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WI3EREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and coinbination purposes, <br /> and have granted the required drainage and utility easements 5' either side of the new Iot line. <br /> NOVV, THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br /> Thomas and Phyllis Colwell and Tim and Beth Traff as shown on the Certificate of Survey by <br /> Theodore D. Kemna, a Registered Land Surveyor of Schoell & Madson, Inc. dated August 17, <br /> 1994 revised August 25, 1994 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1.
