Below is a list <br />of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br /> <br />1) Certified Site Plan. The survey submitted indicated a 5.8’ side yard setback and the uploaded <br />plans/ site plan all indicate a 5’ 6”. Please clarify this side yard setback variance request. <br />2) Application fee and Escrow. The escrow and application fee must be paid before the application <br />can be deemed complete. This can be done through the citizenserve application, over the phone or <br />by dropping off a check to city hall. <br /> <br />Application #LA20-000042 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the <br />items requested above by Thursday June 25, 2020 in order to remain on the July 20, 2020 Planning <br />Commission agenda.
