CITY OF ORONG <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Counci_ <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Tuesday, January 20, 1987, <br />on the matter of the following Land Use Applications: <br />1. #1098 C. Wayne Leveane of 360 Wakefield Road has <br />applied for a conditional use per t to allow the <br />installation of a pond. <br />2. #1099 Caro_ynne Hib`-)s of 2765 Fox Street seeks a <br />front/street setback variance to permit construction of a <br />two story deck. <br />3. #1100 Michael Plank of 4145 Watertown Road has applied <br />for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br />guest Louse. <br />4. #1101 -James E. Mertes the owner of an undeveloped <br />priperty located at 3237 Casco Circle has applied for a <br />renewal lot area and lot wilth variance to permit <br />construction of a new residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. <br />Written comments are solicited.
