C I TY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the <br />Council Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, November 18, <br />1985 for the public review of the following land use <br />applications: <br />1. - 7 Robert J. Bauman, 1040 Tonkawa Road - Hardcover <br />and average lakeshore setback variances to construct an <br />enclosed swimming pool. <br />2. #988 James E. Mertes, 3237 Casco Circle - Lot area and <br />lot w�idl variances to construct a new residence. <br />3. #989 Hennepin County Department of Transportation, <br />Hendrickson Lake Access (County Road 51 between County Road <br />19 and County Road 135) - Conditional use permit for <br />construction of seawail. <br />4. -990 Ward Ferrell, 3411-3415 Watertown Road - Lot area <br />and width variances to construct residences on substandard <br />adjacent parcels. <br />5. #991 William Ulrich, 1535 Bohr.'s Point Road - After- <br />the=f-adT- conditional use permit tor f i l l ing and grading <br />within 75 feet of the lakeshore. <br />6. #992 City of Orono, County Road 15 at Spates Avenue - <br />Conditional use permit for grading and filling within 75 <br />feet of the shoreline at this public access. <br />7. #993 Tonka Transmission, 1960 Shoreline Drive - <br />Amendment of conditional use permit for service station and <br />transmission shop operation. <br />8. #994 Frank Kokesh, 4100 Watertown Road - Conditional <br />use permit for commercial riding stable operation. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
