Apply for an after-the-fact variance to permit the pergola to remain in its current location; or <br />2. Apply for a City Code amendment to include the pergola to be considered a nonencroachment to <br />a setback to be included in City Code Section 78-1405. <br />Please let me know if you'd like to pursue one of the above.
