The properry contains a tota.l of approximately I9.34 acres of which 3.61 a.cres <br /> is wetland. Each proposed lot exceeds the 5 acre mir.inum let area requi�ement: <br /> Lot 1 � <br /> Total area = 13.18 acres, 10.63 dry contiguous acres <br /> .
