FILE NO. 2021 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> � WI�REA�, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision rzgulations fo� the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br /> within the City; and <br /> WYiEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of , <br /> � a lot Iine rearrangement by James W. Bruce of James Bruce Hames and James T. Hale <br /> (hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as foilows: � <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Klitzke Addition and �-'�'Y`-. <br /> Lot 6, Block 1, Stielows Addition, Hennepin Counry, Minnesota (hereinafter ."the ; <br /> property"); and + <br /> � <br /> WI�REAS, the subdividers have completed all requiremenis of the Ciry for a <br /> metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE TI' RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City; <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br /> James T. Hale and James W. Bruce as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Theodore D. <br /> Kemna, a registered land surveyor of Schoell & Madson, Inc., dated April 24, 1995, and <br /> attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council, the owner of Lot 6, filoc�C <br /> 1, Stielows Addition must apply to the City for legal combination for tax <br /> purposes with Parcel B as described in that same survey. � <br /> i <br /> •� Page 1 of 2 <br /> .
