We have not received a response from <br />you to my letter of December 20, 1982. It is imperative that <br />this be resolved immediately. Although, as of today, the flow <br />was not reaching the street, with continued discharge an ice <br />problem may occur and any extra costs the City incurs in keeping <br />the road plowed and sanded because of this will be billed directly <br />to you. <br />If we have not heard from you by Friday, January 21, 1983, we will <br />be forced to take legal action. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael P.
