The changes made were <br />not approved as part of an issued permit. The changes created expansions to the structure within the 75- <br />foot & average lakeshore setbacks and added hardcover which was not accounted for on the as-built <br />hardcover calculations. <br /> <br />In November of 2019 you communicated with Melanie Curtis regarding the addition and on <br />November 22, 2019 you were going to review and consider the next steps. Please provide us with an <br />update as to how you are going to proceed.
