Your application was determined to be complete on January 23rd, and was <br />heard by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18th. <br /> <br />Due to the timing of potential final Council action on your request falling after the 60-day review period, <br />the City hereby notifies you that it is extending the time period for City action under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, <br />subd. 3(f). The initial 60-day period would end on March 23rd; the time period is now hereby extended <br />until May 22, 2020. This is a routine extension; there is no change to the upcoming scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />Your application is scheduled for a first review by the City Council this Monday, March 9th as planned. <br />You will receive a staff report and agenda prior to this meeting.
