Please advise your surveyor that the ordinary high water level <br />for Lake Minnetonka must be shown on survey (929.4 elevation). Survey must show all existing <br />improvements on property (both structural and non-structural). Applicant is still given the option <br />to complete hardcover inventory, the surveyor's findings require amendment of the original <br />hardcover facts. Your surveyor should be advised to contact City Offices if he has any questions <br />concerning what should be shown on your updated survey. Staff would suggest that you contact <br />the original survey company to complete your updated survey (Schoell & Madson). <br />Council also referred your amended proposal back to the Planning Commission for additional <br />review. The deadline for submission of new information for the Planning Commission meeting <br />of November 15th would be Monday, November 1, 1993. Staff will include all of the <br />additional information submitted for your amended proposal to the Planning Commission. The <br />only additional information required would be the amended survey and hardcover inventory, if <br />needed.
