The <br />plans propose to rebuild a single family home with a new attached garage. We have the following <br />comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The plan proposes to place approximately 35 CY of fill within the 0-75' setback. This can <br />be minimized by eliminating the flat area off the patio on the west side of the house. <br />• There should be a proposed 952 contour crossing the driveway. <br />• Proposed 951 contours are missing on the east edge of the house/garage. <br />• The MH shown near the driveway should be identified and any inlets and outlets should <br />be shown on the plans, along with elevations. <br />• The existing and proposed sewer and water services are not shown on the plans.
