Below is a list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review and consider your <br />application complete: <br /> <br />1. My understanding is you wish to vacate the right of way adjacent to your property. Please provide a <br />written narrative of why the city should vacate this right of way. <br />2. Certified Property Owners List. Certified list of property owners within 350 feet of the subject property, <br />labels and plat map must be submitted. The list, labels and map may be obtained by following the <br />instruction sheet attached. <br /> <br />Application #17-3983 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items <br />requested above as soon as possible. Vacation of right of way leading to or adjacent to Lake Minnetonka <br />requires DNR review. The DNR requires 60 days of review prior to the public hearing.
