Recommend denial s state reasons <br />STAFF REPORT: Mr. Kaster has over three acres of land and would like <br />to place the garage closer to the road than the home. The garage would <br />be 114' from the roast, but the ordinance prohibits accessory buildings <br />being constructed closer to the road than the primary structure. <br />Ordinance 31�340 makes an exception for lake lots and since this lot <br />over -looks a marsh, there is some reason to consider a variance. I <br />would recommend that you take a look at this lot if you have an opportunity. <br />
