Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />Enclosed please find a Notice of Council Action and draft minutes from the February 23, 1998 City <br />Council meeting. <br />Application #2290 will be rescheduled when the City is notified that you have met with the Spilseths <br />and have resolved issues with your application. <br />For the record, the City considers previous requests to table #2290 as de facto agreement to extend <br />the review period. At the February 23, 1998 meeting, you agreed to an extension. The City is <br />requesting official confirmation of your agreement to an extension. Please sign below and return <br />this letter. I am recommending a 60"day extension, from February 23rd to April 24, 1998. <br />Please meet with your neighbors and notify me when there is new information regarding a resolution <br />for the City Council to consider.
