Planning Staff <br />recommends approval of the variance and CUP in conjunction with the landscape plan. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider adopting or amending the attached approval resolution regarding the hardcover <br />variance and CUP for improvements within the 75-foot setback.
