Applicant's consultant, Jay Riggs, aii Environmental Specialist of Westwood Professional <br /> Sezvices, Inc., has submitted a wetland delineation report dated July 31, 1995 ]ocating <br /> a wetland area within lal:eshore yard of Lot 2, Block 1, Klitzke Addition. <br /> ' 2. The City Engineer Sh:awn Gustafs�n ui his report dated August 8, 1995 reconfirn�.ed the <br /> findings of that wetland delineation report. The findings of the report confirm that the <br /> wetland area protected under the oribinal conservation easement dedicated in 1978 with <br /> the Stielow Addition v�ras inconectly designated. <br /> • <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
