Since the footings <br />for the two story addition would fall directly over the tank cover, <br />it will be necessary to remove the tank and replace it with a new <br />precast 1,000 gallc. tank (to meet code for first tank to one side <br />(see sketch). <br />The applicant should be warned chat the existing drainfield and <br />second tank will be in close pre imity to the construction end must <br />not be disturbed i.e. no driving over it, pilling fill, caterpillars, <br />etc. Also, septic contractor should repair existing second tank <br />as necessary and add stacks to it. <br />
