a . a <br /> � O� <br /> • O O <br /> b� - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� �'�'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ��kESH�g'� NO. e� G `� � <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br /> weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br /> each month. These submittals �uill be as follows: <br /> 1. Record plat dra«�ings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br /> reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br /> A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin <br /> and Gronberg, Inc., dated September 21, 1995, most revised date January <br /> 31, 1996. <br /> B. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" as noted in Item #1 above. <br /> C. Designation and dedication of a 20' wide drainage easement over <br /> • drainageway located within portions of vacated Clyde Place, Oak Street <br /> and residential lots. <br /> D. Dedication of additional right-of-way for Linden Avenue as shown on <br /> preliminary plat drawin�s noted above, to be shown on plat as Linden <br /> Avenue. <br /> E. Designation and dedication of utility easements over all utilities located <br /> «Tithin either vacated right-of-way or portions of residential lots. <br /> F. Naming of plat. <br /> 2. Legal docunlents required: <br /> A. Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or <br /> others «�ith property interest indicated therein shall either sign off on the <br /> plat or execute consents to subdivision. <br /> B. Sianed and executed drainage easement to be taken over 20' drainageway <br /> within plat (see sample enclosed). <br /> • <br /> Pa�e 3 of 4 <br />
