Planning & Zoning Administrator Date: September 25, 1996 Subject: Septic System, 2340 Fox Street It is my recollection that when 1 inspected this system in 1982, 1 was given the impression by the owner that a new drainfield had been installed about the time the house was remodeled in 1978. No permit was ever applied for or issued for that work. In mid -summer 1995 Steve u •,•kman and I met on the property with Mr. Kelley and Bob Koch to review testing which Koch hai :one to define septic sites for the existing house and proposed new lot. I recall that when I inquired about the existing drainfield, Mr. Kelley said that it had been replaced some years ago. I mentioned that there was no permit for it. He replied something to the effect, "that's because I never got one". My recollection is that some years ago one of the local contractors had mentioned putting in that new drainfield for Kelley, but I do not recall who it was.
